These terms apply to every reservation made through WildTable, the booking platform of Nashal Leng'ot Camp, part of the Natala Wilderness Collection.
A booking is confirmed once we receive full payment, or — for the Private Wilderness Table — the minimum hosting fee, with any balance due one week before your arrival date. Prices are set in Kenyan Shillings (KES); USD amounts shown are an approximate equivalent. Nairobi National Park entry fees, and any other park or reserve fees, are not included in the experience price and are paid separately and directly by each guest.
Reservations are non-refundable. A booking may be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability, provided you let us know at least a week before your original date.
Our experiences take place in and around Nairobi National Park and involve wildlife, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions. Guests take part at their own risk and should follow their guide's instructions at all times, particularly during game drives and guided walks. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of any children in their party. Dietary restrictions and special requests should be shared with us as early as possible so we can plan accordingly; while we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee every request.
On occasion, circumstances beyond our control (weather, park access, wildlife activity, or similar) may require us to adjust the itinerary, timing, or location of your experience. We will always aim to preserve the quality of your visit and will let you know as soon as possible if a change is needed.
