Nashal Leng'ot Camp ("we," "us," "our"), part of the Natala Wilderness Collection, operates the WildTable booking platform at wildtable.nashallengotcamp.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or make a reservation, and how we use it.
When you make a reservation or sign up to be notified about an experience, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number; number of guests, including adult, child, and infant counts; dietary restrictions or allergies; special requests or occasion details; whether you need transport, and how many guests require it; your preferred date and chosen experience; and the payment reference and amount for your booking (see Payments, below).
We also collect basic, aggregate website usage data — such as which pages are visited and how many people visit the site — to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you individually.
We use the information you provide to: process and confirm your reservation; arrange the details of your experience (transport, dietary needs, special occasions); process payment for your booking; keep the financial and booking records our business requires; contact you — by email, phone, or WhatsApp — about your booking, including to confirm dietary requirements ahead of your visit; and respond to your request to be notified when a new date or experience becomes available.
Payments are processed through Paystack, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details — Paystack handles that directly, and we only retain the payment reference and amount for our own records.
We use ERPNext, an accounting and business management system, to keep invoicing and booking records. Limited booking details (such as your name, contact details, and invoice amount) are shared with this system for that purpose. We do not sell or share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes.
Your booking details are visible only to authorized Nashal Leng'ot Camp staff who need them to prepare for and deliver your experience.
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and to meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing book@nashallengotcamp.com.
Some of our experiences are priced for and welcome children. We only collect the information needed to plan for their attendance (such as age bracket and dietary needs) — never data directly from a child.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
